This 218-unit portfolio spans four communities: Donna Village, Falfurrias Village, and Rio Hondo Village in Texas, and Fieldcrest Apartments in Mississippi.
The communities are 99% Project-Based Section 8 housing. Our long-term plan begins with preserving affordability and maintaining the physical assets, while applying consistent oversight across four distinct operating environments.
