Swiss Meadows joined the portfolio in March 2026. The 68-unit community serves residents through Project-Based Section 8 housing in Berne, Indiana.
The early operating plan has centered on the fundamentals: establishing the on-site team, completing unit turns, working through inherited maintenance, and addressing required repairs. It is the kind of detail-heavy ownership work that rarely fits in a headline but determines the durability of a long-term hold.
We will continue documenting the property as the operating plan develops. The photographs below are from a recent site visit and show the community, shared amenities, and interior spaces without identifying residents or staff.
